Charles Kiernan, coordinator for the Lehigh Valley Story Tellers Guild, will be holding a workshop for those wishing to tap into the tradition of oral story telling in order to develop their own writing skills. The workshop will focus on turning an outline of an oral story into a fully written tale. May 23, 1 to 3pm.$10 for Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group members and $15 for nonmembers

Charles Kiernan performs at theaters, listening clubs, schools, libraries, arts festivals, and a sculpture garden. He is also coordinator for the Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild, Pennsylvania State Representative for the National Youth Storytelling Showcase, Pennsylvania State Liaison for the National Storytelling Network and recipient of the 2008 Individual Artist Award from the Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission.
