Artists:
Madge Wertzberger is a renowned quilter, learning handwork from her talented mother who was taught by her mother in a tiny, hill town in Abruzzo, Italy. Decorating and design has always been a passion her. Wertzberger's sewing, embroidery, crewel work, knitting and crocheting have been coveted and collected by many. She is honored to be presenting her work with her daughter, grand-daughter and great-grandson -- an homage to family tradition.
Lois Jones, seven time award winning artist, has studied Charcoal Drawing, Watercolors, and Sketchbook Drawing at both the Community Arts Center of Wallingford and Delaware County Community College. Her work has been shown extensively throughout the Delaware Valley including Immaculata University and the Delaware Art Museum.
Candy Linton shares her mother, Lois Jones' artistic eye. Influenced by her mother's incredible Chinese Brush Painting with its color and simplicity, Linton's work has an Asian flair. She uses natural stones with unique accents in her wearable pieces.
Jeremiah Linton experiments with spray paint and fractals, and has taken a serious interest in drawing the human body. He is also able to transfer his art to the body by using Mendi, henna. Linton has a passion for art; he awaits his midnight explosions of thought to drag him from his bed to finish what he has started in his head.
Tyler Grohowski, who will entertain at the opening states with his folk inspired music. Grohowski's current music revolves around a more acoustic sound.
