Chestnut Hill Gallery, 8117 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118
In light of the recent tragedy in Haiti, the Chestnut Hill Gallery is holding a fundraising art sale to benefit Doctors Without Borders. Thirty percent of all art sold between February 2nd and 5th will be donated, and there will be a reception on the night of Wednesday, February 3rd, from 6 til 8 PM. Some local restaurants (French bistro Spring Mill Cafe and Cuba! Restaurant) are providing food and wine to the reception, so there will be some fancy cuisine as well as new work from Philadelphia painters of Chestnut Hill and surrounding neighborhoods. Call me at the gallery (215-248-2549) if you have questions.
The event is free and for a worthy cause. Buy art and help Haiti!
If you can't come but want to make a donation, visit www.doctorswithoutborders.org.
Fondly,
Anne
