B.J. Burton is the recipient of two fellowships from PA Council on the Arts in playwriting and won the PA Playwriting Award. her plays have been produced at Philadelphia area theatres including InterAct Theatre Company. Recent photography won first place in Potomac Review's Photo Contest. She received her M.F.A. from Rosemont College.
